Peaceful and idyllic stay in a lovely rural setting.

It was situated in a lovely rural area with stunning views. Access to the main road network was excellent (Hamilton only 8 km away via a really good road) with the added bonus that there was no traffic noise. The owners were very friendly and accommodating. The room was really good size and despite the hot conditions was a cool haven to return to,

Lovely stay! We would like to come again!

We have never seen such lovely and comfortable private home before. The owners are very friendly and obliging. The animals, especially the dog, are so sweet! I love the heating possibility of the bed and the special heating lamp while showering. Thanks for serving us with fresh eggs in the morning.

Charming, welcoming hosts. Beautiful house set in a gorgeous area. Comfy room with well-appointed, prettily decorated bathroom. Breakfast was perfectly cooked free-range eggs.

Nothing. It was lovely. Better than Home from home as didn't have to clean up after our stay

In an amazing location. Owners very friendly and made us feel at home. We arrived late and tired they recommend a place locally to eat. Even the dog made us feel at home. In the morning we had eggs from their own free range hens. After breakfast we met the sheep and fed the hens and ducks. Wish we had been able to stay longer

A slice of country life minutes from the city.

Bathroom was small (but adequate).

Great atmosphere, friendly hosts, comfortable bed, ease of being able to come and go.

love it so much we will be back

Love country life,peaceful and relaxing,love the lodge look could see my family and i living there, the room we had is awesome,lots of privacy,be perfect 4 my parents when they move in with me haha the bed was 2 comfy i ddnt want 2 wakeup,recommend 2 whoever wants 2gt away from city life 4 abit,Dora the explorer very cute

Pleasantly surprised

Lovely property, even better than expected. Dog was gorgeous, bed was super comfortable. Will be booking again next trip to Hamilton.

A lovely place to stay!

Absolutley lovely hosts. The view out of the kitchen window is fantastic. Skip the city centre hotels in Hamilton and stay here!

A great stay. Beautiful and friendly, so welcoming. Diffently come back again.

Only downside was there was no milk in the fridge in our room.

Love the friendlyness of the host. The toast was very yummy for breakfast. And the view was beautiful.
